As a Product Designer at Elvie, I focused on improving app engagement and usability for the breast pump controls on both iOS and Android platforms.
Redesigned controls to reduce cognitive load, increase confidence and improve usability: 30% faster setup, confidence increased from 51% to 94%, 25% fewer steps, and a 62% reduction in support enquiries.

As a Senior Product Designer at Healthily, I redesigned the AI-powered Symptom Checker for launch in Walmart’s ‘Medicine Cabinet’, reaching thousands of users across the US.
The updated experience increased landing page conversion from ~10% to ~55%, reduced drop offs by ~45%, and contributed to higher basket sizes through clearer UX, improved product discovery and iterative A/B testing.

As a Senior Staff UX/UI Designer at Stryker, I led the design of a major platform expansion - enabling external Physical Therapists (PTs) to access OrthoLogIQ and MotionSense. This allowed PTs to support patients remotely by updating exercise plans post surgery, which significantly improved recovery outcomes while reducing clinician workload. Patients whose exercises were updated by PTs were 54% more likely to remain active 30 days after surgery.

As a Senior Staff UX/UI Designer at Stryker, I redesigned the Add and Edit Patient experience on the OrthoLogIQ platform, reducing clinician patient data entry time from 3 minutes to 1.7 minutes (43% time reduction) and reduced data entry errors by simplifying validation and field structure.
By simplifying validation and field structure, the step by step wizard reduced data entry errors and improved efficiency across Add and Edit Patient flows.

As a UX/UI Designer at Touch Surgery (now Digital Surgery by Medtronic), I contributed to the end to end redesign of the Touch Surgery app across iOS and Android to improve surgeon training and engagement. The refreshed experience focused on simplifying navigation and enhancing learning outcomes for surgical professionals. Following the redesign, the platform grew from 100K to over 2 million users, saw a 500% increase in monthly engagement and was adopted by 160+ surgical residency programs - including Harvard, Johns Hopkins, and Stanford.

As a Product Designer at Elvie, I drove the design and ongoing evolution of two healthtech apps: the Elvie Pump app, which pairs with a wearable breast pump to help women pump discreetly and confidently and the Elvie Trainer app, which gamifies pelvic floor strengthening through a connected device. Both apps have been highly rated by users, with the Pump app earning 4.7★ from over 12.2K reviews and the Trainer app receiving 4.7★ from 600+ reviews across app stores.
